WALKER, Circuit Judge.
On August 28, 1921, the plaintiff in error (herein called the Guaranty Company) issued to the National Bank of Cleburne (herein called the Bank) a so-called “banker’s blanket bond,” in the sum of $25,000, whereby the Guaranty Company agreed to indemnify the Bank and to hold it harmless from and against loss to an amount not exceeding $25,000 through any dishonest act of any of the Bank’s employees.
