On August 5, 2011, petitioner V. Suarez & Co., Inc. (“VSI” or “Plaintiff’) filed an action against Bacardi International Limited (“BIL”), Bacardi Corporation (“BC”) and Bacardi Caribbean Corporation (“BCC”) (collectively “Defendants”) pursuant to P.R. Laws Ann. tit. 32, §§ 3222 and 3224 in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance seeking to set aside a final, partial arbitration award. (See Docket No. 1-1 at 1-2.)
