MEMORANDUM OPINION

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

On December 13, 2007, the Court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint in this employment discrimination action. 1 As previously noted, plaintiff, despite having been granted an extension of time within which to respond to the motion, did not do so. The only papers submitted by her, which arrived long after opposing papers had been due, were three volumes of unauthenticated purported exhibits, unaccompanied by a Rule 56.1 statement, a memorandum of law, affidavits or declarations, or other papers.
