Action to recover for the wrongful death of Anthony Pattock, for the benefit of his heirs, caused by the alleged negligence of the defendant company, which is engaged in generating and distributing electricity to consumers. There was a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $7,500. From an order denying its alternative motion for judgment or for a new trial, defendant appeals.
