This suit by thh State of Minnesota against the Great North ern'Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of that State, has for its object to recover the balance alleged to be due the State on account of taxes from the railway company, under a statute known as Chapter 253 of the General Laws of Minnesota of 1903.
