CRANDALL, Presiding Judge.

Defendant, Robert Castilleja, appeals from his convictions, after a jury trial, for robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to a term of ten years’ imprisonment and a consecutive term of three years’ imprisonment, respectively. We affirm.

Defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence. Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, the evidence established that defendant approached a security guard, who was stationed at the receiving shed of a company located in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
