(for reversal). By the Constitution this Court is charged with the primary duty of establishment, modification, amendment, and enforcement of the rules of practice in all Michigan courts (Const 1963, art 6). Indeed, now that “The judicial power of the State is vested exclusively in one court of justice” (Const 1963, art 6, § 1), with respect to which the Supreme Court is general superintendent (Const 1963, art 6, § 4), this is the place where the procedural buck finally stops.
