The plaintiffs below, Roland and Nancy Ahmann, appeal a jury verdict in favor of the defendant, American Federal Savings and Loan Association, and an order of the District Court of the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, denying their motions for mistrial, judgment notwithstanding the verdict and new trial.
