Referring to the parties as they appeared in the court below, we find that Harry Ray filed his original injunction bill in the Chancery Court, against Mrs. G. W. Killebrew, Ben I. Heikens, and A. B. Ransom, for the purpose of reforming a certain deed of conveyance made to George W. Killebrew by R. J. Shasteen find wife, ór to have it set aside. It is averred that he held this property in trust for the benefit of the Elk River Sand & Gravel Com pany.
