MEMORANDUM OPINION
H. FRANKLIN WATERS, Chief Judge.
This is a case in which plaintiff, Champions Golf Club, Inc., located in Houston, Texas, brought suit against various defendants, which operate a Golf and Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas, known as “Champions. *744Golf & Country Club.” It is alleged that use of this name by the Arkansas group violates certain of plaintiffs rights protected by certain provisions of federal law (the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114 and 1125), and the laws of Texas and Arkansas, including the common law.
