Defendant Joel Wiesneske was charged with felony theft from his employer, Schaumburg Datsun, Inc. Following a bench trial, the circuit court found defendant guilty; he was subsequently sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and ordered to pay $29,989.14 in restitution.
