This matter comes on before this court on an appeal from orders the District Court 1 entered on November 10, 2010, denying appellant Gray Holdco, Inc.’s (Gray) Motion to Stay Proceedings in the District Court pending the outcome of a separate arbitration proceeding of its claims against appellee Randy Cassady (Cassady) and granting Cassady’s Motion to Enjoin the same arbitration proceedings.
