The plaintiffs, John M. Herasimovich, Martin P. Herasimovich and Rosemary A. Herasimovich, appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendants, the town of Wallingford (town), Greene-Woronick, Inc. (Greene-Woronick) and the Ward Street Church of Christ (church), in an action for declaratory and injunctive relief regarding the use of a drainage easement.
