This action involves a claimed drainage easement over property owned by the defendants, Scott D. DeRosa, Carl F. DeRosa, Patricia A. DeRosa and Cori DeRosa Quirk. The plaintiff, Scott E. Hurlburt, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after the granting of the defendants’ motion for a judgment of dismissal for failure to make out a prima facie case.
