Timothy Joyce petitions for review of a decision of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) denying his request for administrative relief. We affirm.

Joyce was initially incarcerated in 1987 to serve a sentence of seven to twenty years for the offenses of third degree murder and possession of an instrument of crime. Thereafter, Joyce was paroled and reparoled three times. During his third parole, Joyce was arrested on March 25, 2000 on new criminal charges for robbery, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, theft, reckless…
