The Industrial Commission’s order and award, which the circuit court set aside, required the payment of compensation to Christopher Thim by Boehck Equipment Company (hereinafter called “Boehck”) and its compensation insurance carrier. They contend on this appeal, as they did in the circuit court, that when Thim was injured he was working as the employee of Luety Brothers (a copartnership hereinafter called “Luety”), and not of Boehck, as the commission and its examiner found and concluded in ordering the payment of compensation by Boehck.
