MEMORANDUM
MARCIA PHILLIPS PARSONS, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this adversary proceeding, the chapter 7 trustee seeks the revocation of the debtors’ discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(d)(2), which directs revocation if “the debtor acquired ... property of the estate ... and knowingly and fraudulently failed to report the acquisition of ... such property, or to deliver or surrender such property to the trustee.” 11 U.S.C. § 727(d)(2). Presently before the court is the debtors’ motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted or in the alternative for summary judgment.…
