DECISION RE DEBTOR’S MOTION FOR ORDER REQUIRING TRUSTEE TO RETURN FUNDS HELD IN ESCROW TO THE DEBTOR

Under the court’s consideration is the Motion for Order Requiring Trustee to Return Funds Held' in Escrow to the Debtor filed by the debtor, Lisa Parrish.
