Case Summary

Following a bench trial, Luke Paul Eckrich (“Eckrich”) was convicted of Possession of Child Pornography, as a Level 6 felony, 1 and the charge was enhanced because Eckrich was found to be a repeat sexual offender. 2 Eckrich now challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction.

We affirm the conviction and remand for correction of the sentencing order.
