Plaintiff Michael Mosca (“Mosca”) filed a somewhat prolix twenty-one count complaint 1 alleging various common law claims, as well as violations of state and federal statutes and constitutional provisions, arising out of the termination of his employment as a part-time Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Atlantic City.
