Plaintiff timely filed a complaint for medical malpractice, but failed to file a certifícate of good faith within ninety days as required. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss, and Plaintiff subsequently filed a motion for enlargement pursuant to Rule 6.02 and a proposed certifícate of good faith. The trial court granted Defendants’ motion, finding Plaintiff had failed to demonstrate “good cause” for failing to file the required certificate. Because we find…
