This suit was brought by York-. town independent school district against Ferd H. Geffert to recover taxes alleged to be due and unpaid on certain 5 acres of land, the property of Geffert, situated within the boundaries of said school district, for the years 1921 and 1922, together with penalties, interest, and costs, for a foreclosure of the tax lien on said property, and for a sale of the same to pay said taxes.
