“ ‘This is an action, brought in the district court of De Witt county by appellants as plaintiffs against appellees, the Yorktown independent school district, its trustees, and tax collector, as defendants, seeking at permanent injunction to restrain the defendants from collecting school district taxes for the years 1021,1022, and 1023 from plaintiffs and upon their real property situated within said school district.
