[ 2This is a medical malpractice case in which plaintiff, Karina Suarez, appeals the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Dr. Wagih Mando. We affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On March 13, 2001, appellant underwent a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, or removal of her gallbladder, by Dr. Mando at East Jefferson General Hospital.
