Clyde Snider, Jr. (Snider) received medical treatment from Dr. Robin Yue (Dr. Yue) at Beauregard Memorial Hospital (Beauregard) in August 2007. Dr. Yue performed a pacemaker implant on Snider. Snider, only twenty-six years old, had a personal and family history of heart trouble, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Snider’s primary cardiologist was Dr. J.
