This is a patent infringement action brought by plaintiff- Aleo Standard Corporation against the Tennessee Valley Authority and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. The cause is presently before the court on the motion of Westinghouse to dismiss the various claims asserted against it for failure to state a claim, improper venue, and lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
