Bell, Justice.
The first contention is that the various items by which the testatrix sought to create a trust for the benefit of aged women and underprivileged children of Bibb County, Georgia, are void, because they violate the rule against perpetuities. As we shall note later, the will referred to aged dependent women; but in this part of the opinion we are not concerned with the classes of persons to be benefited, and will consider only the question as to remoteness of vesting, assuming that the trust is otherwise valid.
