This controversy involves the construction to be given to section 546(c) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.A. § 546(c) (1979).
On December 24, 1980, B. Berger & Co. (the “plaintiff”) shipped certain decorative goods to Contract Interiors, Inc. On February 6, 1981, Contract Interiors filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The plaintiff made demand in writing for the return of the goods on February 20,1981.
