Plaintiff commenced an action against the defendant in the Wayne circuit court in a plea of trespass upon the case upon promises and assumpsit, attaching to his declaration a bill of particulars alleging damages in the amount of $33,280.-79. Subsequently, plaintiff caused a writ of garnishment to be directed to the Detroit Bank & Trust Company as garnishee of the principal defendant, Kramer Bros. Freight Lines, Inc.
