1Opinion of the CourtKafker, J.

Following a bench trial, the defendant, Vinicio Rodriguez, was found guilty of trafficking in cocaine in an amount more than 100 grams, but less than 200 grams; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in a school zone; and possession of marijuana. He now challenges his convictions on several grounds, including the admission in evidence of dmg certificates of analysis without testimony from an analyst, which was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States in Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts, 129 S. Ct. 2527 (2009).
