The defendant was convicted of possession of a class C substance, clonazepam, and a class E substance, traz-odone, in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 34; possession with intent to distribute a class D substance, marijuana, in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32C (a); and a drug violation near a school or park in violation of G. L. c. 94C, § 32J.
