Defendants Motiva Enterprises, LLC, et al. (collectively “Motiva”), appeal from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut following a bench trial before Peter C. Dorsey, Judge, in favor of plaintiff Gary Ceraso, franchisee of a Texaco service station, enjoining defendants under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (“PMPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 2801 et seq.
