MEMORANDUM & ORDER

SURRICK, District Judge.

Presently before the Court are Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Deposition of Donna Weldon, Esquire (Doc. No. 49) and Defendants’ Response thereto and Cross Motion for Pro*472tective Order (Doc. No. 51). For the following-reasons, Plaintiffs Motion will be denied, and Defendants’ Motion will be granted.

I. BACKGROUND

In July 2003, Plaintiff Rosemaria McNeil-Sampson (“Plaintiff’) began her employment as Defendants’ Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. (First Am. Compl. ¶¶ 4, 11; Defs.’ Ans. ¶¶4, 11.) In October 2004,…
