Plaintiffs Ancelmo Simeon Mendez Lopez (“Lopez”) and Santos Natividad Cali Zambrano (“Zambrano”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Setauket Car Wash & Detail Center, TLCW, Inc., Karp Enterprises, Inc., Steven Saviano and Mark Chait (collectively “Defendants”) claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and the New York Labor Law (“NYLL”).
