This matter is before the Court on the complaint which Kelley Grasle (“Plaintiff”) has filed against Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centres, Inc. (“Defendant”) alleging a violation of the Missouri Service Letter Statute, Rev.Mo.Stat. § 290.140. Presently pending before the Court are: (1) Defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment; (2) Defendant’s motion to bifurcate; (3) Defendant’s motion in limine; (4) Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment; and (5) Defendant’s motion to strike Plaintiff’s motion for summary *410judgment.
