WERLEIN, Justice.

This suit was brought by Annemarie Witt Boenkér against appellee for divorce, custody of the minor children and child support, and division of the community property. Appellee countered with a cross-action. The case was tried before a jury which found in answer to Special Issue No. 1 that the acts and conduct of appellee toward appellant constituted such excess, cruel treatment, or outrages as to render their further living together’ as husband and wife insupportable.
