PARKER Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal by the Motor Car Sxxpply Company, defendant in the court below, from a judgment in favor of the General Household Utilities Company, the plaintiff, for the sum of $8,870.20 on an account for goods sold and delivex-ed. The defendant sought by special pleas, in the nature of pleas of set off to recover damages for wrongful breach of a sales agency or distributor’s agreement.
