1Opinion of the Court
In pursuance of an order of the county court of Hempstead county, Ark., made on the 8th day of July, 1914, an election was held in the various voting precincts in that county on the 15th day of August, 1914, on the proposition of the removal of the county seat from the town of Washington to the city of Hope, in Hempstead county. The returns were made by the judges of the election to the commissioners, who canvassed the same and declared the result of the election in favor of the removal of the county seat to Hope.
