MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SEAR, District Judge.
This action is an appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 158(a). It concerns an Order entered on August 12, 1988 by the bankruptcy judge extending the exclusivity period for Washington-St. Tammany Electric Cooperative, Inc. (“WST”), debtor in a Chapter 11 case, to obtain acceptance of its plan for reorganization.
