The- plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the business of packing and shipping trucks, automobiles and heavy machinery for export. Early in 1959 a labor dispute developed between the plaintiff and Local 1205 of the Internal *198tional Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, a labor union representing the plaintiff’s employees. On March 19,1959, the controversy culminated in a strike against the plaintiff.
