Plaintiff appeals from a judgment sustaining defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The motion was submitted to the trial court on the pleadings, depositions of both plaintiff and defendant, and arguments and briefs of counsel.

This litigation arose out of a personality clash between plaintiff and defendant, sales ladies at Stix Baer & Fuller’s Crestwood store. The two had difficulties over a period of approximately two years, culminating in an incident which occurred on August 24, 1974.
