STORCKMAN, Presiding Judge.

This is a suit for personal injuries alleged to have been received when plaintiff was struck by an automobile driven by the defendant. Plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of $10,000, from which defendant has appealed. The parties will generally be referred to herein as they were designated in the trial court.
