FREED, District Judge.

Plaintiff claims treble damages in a sum exceeding one-half million dollars sustained by it as a result of the defendants’ charged violation of Sections 1, 2 and 7 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq., and Sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, 15 and 26. The assailed activities are alleged to have taken place over a period of years from the latter part of 1937 through the early portion of 1950.
