HOLTZOFF, District Judge.
This case is before the court at this time on motions by the defendants for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial.
This action was brought to recover triple damages under the Antitrust laws. 1 The plaintiff was one of several dealers in Packard automobiles in Baltimore, Maryland, pursuant to a contract with the defendant Packard Motor Car Company.
