This is a petition for a declaratory judgment under the provisions of the Act of June 18, 1923, P.L. 840, its supplements and amendments; 12 P.S. §§831, et seq.

Petitioner, Dollar Savings Association, contends that as a result of an advertisement by letter from the solicitor of defendant (hereinafter “sheriff’), multitudinous litigation between the two parties is imminent unless this court grants declaratory relief.
