Defendant, Darrold Thompson, appeals from an order denying his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial in this action for breach of two agreements to sell corn to plaintiff, Roger Jurek. We reverse.

Plaintiff is a farmer, trucker, harvester, and investor in grain. Defendant is a farmer. On February 21, 1973, plaintiff and defendant entered into an oral contract by telephone for the sale of 10,000 bushels of defendant’s corn to be delivered in July.
