Plaintiffs, Lauren E. Thibodeau [Thibodeau] and Richard C. Christie [Christie] brought this action against Foremost Insurance Company [Foremost] alleging that Foremost had violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act [ADEA], 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
