This appeal arises from the trial court’s award of partial summary judgment to appellees Wallace and Inge in this action to recover rents allegedly due on a lease. Wallace and Inge are 77% owners in the co-tenancy Windy Hill Professional Building (hereinafter “the co-tenancy”), and appellant is the lessee pursuant to two leases for office space in Windy Hill Professional Building.
