Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart); Merit General Contractors, Inc. (Merit); and Centennial Insurance Company (Centennial) (collectively the defendants) appeal from the trial court’s grant of the partial summaiy judgment motion filed by Tradesmen International, Inc. (Tradesmen) and the trial court’s denial of the defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
