In this litigation regarding the enforceability of a mechanic’s hen, material supplier Alliance Steel, Inc. (Alliance), appeals the district court’s summary judgment in favor of the own*974ers of the realty, Troy and Terrence Piland (the Pilands), holding that Alliance’s hen was defective because it listed an incorrect person as general contractor and was not timely filed. Alliance challenges these holdings and also argues there was a genuine issue of material fact on the identity of the general contractor, thus making summary judgment improper.
